Description: In this yet to be fully revealed event (prior to the death of Mr. Victory in [I]Third Kill[/I]), Blackhorn establishes himself as a threat to Earth. A vast majority of SDL members and its affiliate groups converge in New York for a UN conference. The topic was to determine the threat level Blackhorn actually posed. Debate was great, as while Blackhorn�s threats were bold, little from his past showed he could live up to his new rhetoric. The deaths of Bronze Scarab and Jackrabbit haunted the superhero community, but the world at large didn�t grasp the scope of his potential. The world found out the hard way as Blackhorn suddenly appeared in downtown Manhattan in a show of defiance. The heroes converged on the scene of the Darkforce Lord and his minions. The battle was brief, less than five minutes, but intense. Multiple heroes were injured and Blackhorn showcased his power by bringing down an entire building with several Darkforce blasts. As the dust and debris filled the block Blackhorn transported away, leaving the heroes (and the world) stunned to the display of power they just witnessed. There was no question now as to the threat the world faced�..
