Thanks to Midnight Avenger for help with the name of the wolf and the new city that Deadlaw resides in and for being the first one to buy the book. The paperback is out now and I'm currently working on the kindle version. The paperback is in black and white and the kindle will be in color. I may release a colorized paperback as well later for those willing to spend the extra money. Color print is awfully expensive, unfortunately. Here's the link to buy the paperback black and white edition- http://amzn.to/2sLsvHE I used 3d models for the characters on the cover. I actually bought a 3d model for the werewolf, but I had to brush in the hair with Gimp software.

2 comments Tim Tue, 20 Jun 2017 14:24:54 +0000 Colorized Deadlaw http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32495

by: Tim

Description: I had done this one in black and white for the Deadlaw paperback, but then I decided I might as well do the Kindle edition in color, so I've been working on adding back the color to the last few pages I did only in black and white. Here's one of my favorite panels I previously posted in black and white now in color. It's kind of a washed out lighter sort of color I suppose you might say, but I think it represents the monster movie 1930's kind of vibe.

4 comments Tim Mon, 19 Jun 2017 14:45:17 +0000 Deadlaw vs Nazis http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32493

by: Tim

Description: Another one just for fun converting an old Action Comics to Deadlaw Comics. Some neat things I found out in researching for my upcoming Jack Legend Comics' Deadlaw Graphic Novel, Victor Frankenstein and the monster are public domain, but not the version we see in the classic Universal black and white movies. Those images of the monster were created by Universal and so you plan on making a book or other commercial product based on the Frankenstein monster you have to be careful to not make a monster that has the Universal's characteristics such as flat head, green skin, or bolt through the neck. There is a description of the monster in the book though that isn't super detailed, and does seem a bit different from the movies that I think I might use to make a monster later on.

3 comments Tim Tue, 30 May 2017 15:37:41 +0000 Razorfang Transformation http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32474

by: Tim

Description: Panel I've completed showing the gangster Razorfang transforming to the Wolf for the upcoming Deadlaw comic I'm going to sell on Amazon. He's a dying police detective that is saved by Doctor Frankenstein and given blood from a vampire and a werewolf and utilizing the same techniques used to create Frankenstein's monster...such as lots of electricity. He'll be more swashbuckling probably, no flying, just a lot of jumping and leaping.

2 comments Tim Sat, 29 Apr 2017 19:16:42 +0000 Deadlaw Drawn Look http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32428

by: Tim

Description: I used the 3D model I edited the other day of Batman in Blender to create Deadlaw - http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32424 to render this one out and then I used a couple of different layers in paint.net to make him look more drawn out. I'll have to edit that in paint.net or gimp. That's no biggie though. The only other thing is I'll need to save different poses into Blender, mostly need to just get the figure to make fists and save that to a pose. Everything else moves pretty easily. Please let me know what you all think about this cover. Am I getting any better? Oh, and if you happen to know anybody that has some kids that need to know history, then maybe you could send them the link to Amazon. This is the Kindle edition http://amzn.to/2py0qio And this is the paperback - http://amzn.to/2pdyXmH It takes Amazon a couple of days or so to join the two editions. Basically, this book features Uncle Sam teaching my version of Humpty Dumpty early American history. I had some positive feedback and some sales from my Humpty Dumpty Health book so here's hoping I build on that success. You know it's a shame but even college age students these days have a dismal amount of accurate historical knowledge. I've watched videos where kids in their twenties have no clue who Ronald Reagan was, even. It's a shame. If they buy this book they'll at least know who George Washington and Abraham Lincoln were. I appreciate the nice reviews you all have given me in the past. I don't expect everyone to buy every book I put out, I greatly appreciate that you all have bought any of my books. I don't think I've ever even seen this comic before, but it sure took me back to the day. It was a comic book adaption of Superman III the movie with live action photos of Christopher Reeve on the back cover, front, and inside covers. Neat to read, I think the dialogue was a little different than the movie here and there. Notice the 7Up logo on it. From a search I found out that in 1983, according to one site I read, 7Up teamed up with DC Comics and Carl's Jr. restaurants to offer this comic book adaption. I do have one question about that. Wasn't Carl's Jr named something else in 1983?

2 comments Tim Mon, 10 Apr 2017 20:03:26 +0000 Time-Rider vs Dracula http://superherouniverse.com/art/showphoto.php/photo/32363

by: Tim

Description: I found a different background to go with my Dracula vs Time-Rider idea. For Uncle Sam I used a 3d figure as a base that I created layers for with one being a pencil sketch drawing along with some tracing and then merged.
