I had to post it, I think it came out really good. Of course, I've had my eyes dilated today. Crazy eye doctor. Who is the dead guy in the jail cell? Who is the young fella who found him? You'll probably never guess the identity of the man in jail because his id hasn't been shown anywhere yet. He's appeared in the first issue of Deadlaw I'll say. I used a monster figure I've been working with and adapted him to look like Rad, although slightly mutated from his previous version. What do you all think? Too different? For new comers to the SU, Rad is a radioactive super powered monster that was once a man. In the past, he's had a certain level of intelligence, but his continued mutation could be pushing him more to a beast, of sorts, than he once was. I mentioned before I took a lot of pictures of old buildings in my town, well, I'm using those pictures not only for my Deadlaw comic, but also a Lucky Cat comic I'm working on in between. I thought why not throw in a sneaky commercial into Lucky Cat for Deadlaw. Notice the movie poster in the picture in both panels. It's the cover of Deadlaw's first comic. This theater is from a pic of our old movie theater that has just recently been opened again after having been closed for years. It was renovated as well. They only show older movies and miscellaneous things now. I think one week they had the Kentucky Headhunters music group. Deadlaw stumbles upon Batman's cave while working a case in Gotham. Deadlaw is more powerful having super strength portioned from that of a mix of vampires and werewolves so he knocks Batman for a loop when Batman discovers his presence in the Batcave. Angry, Batman using his detective skills discovers that Deadlaw is part vampire and part werewolf and at this point may create Bat-devices that utilize silver components. Batman heads to Oscuro City where Deadlaw currently resides and the real battle begins. After that, the victory belongs to whomever the writer or fan's imagination dictates. Of course, at the end, Batman and Deadlaw become friends, after all, they do have bats in common. Some neat things I found out in researching for my upcoming Jack Legend Comics' Deadlaw Graphic Novel, Victor Frankenstein and the monster are public domain, but not the version we see in the classic Universal black and white movies. Those images of the monster were created by Universal and so you plan on making a book or other commercial product based on the Frankenstein monster you have to be careful to not make a monster that has the Universal's characteristics such as flat head, green skin, or bolt through the neck. There is a description of the monster in the book though that isn't super detailed, and does seem a bit different from the movies that I think I might use to make a monster later on.

3 comments Tim Tue, 30 May 2017 15:37:41 +0000 Razorfang Transformation

by: Tim

Description: Panel I've completed showing the gangster Razorfang transforming to the Wolf for the upcoming Deadlaw comic I'm going to sell on Amazon. I appreciate the nice reviews you all have given me in the past. I don't expect everyone to buy every book I put out, I greatly appreciate that you all have bought any of my books. Please let me know what you all think about this cover. Am I getting any better? Oh, and if you happen to know anybody that has some kids that need to know history, then maybe you could send them the link to Amazon. This is the Kindle edition And this is the paperback - It takes Amazon a couple of days or so to join the two editions. Basically, this book features Uncle Sam teaching my version of Humpty Dumpty early American history. I had some positive feedback and some sales from my Humpty Dumpty Health book so here's hoping I build on that success. You know it's a shame but even college age students these days have a dismal amount of accurate historical knowledge. I've watched videos where kids in their twenties have no clue who Ronald Reagan was, even. It's a shame. If they buy this book they'll at least know who George Washington and Abraham Lincoln were. Thanks guys for all of your support in the past. For more of my kids books - Tim Thu, 13 Apr 2017 17:15:03 +0000
