So the Tangent Green Lantern is a girl. Don't know a whole lot about the Tangent universe. If memory serves me right that line came out about the same time as the 1,000,000 story arc I'm still trying to figure out. Haven't got all the issues yet. Don't you hate not having the whole stories? Most of the story arcs I fill with the cheap 50 cent boxes so it takes me forever.

I kinda threw this one together. I was more interested in playing with the lighting and shadows then with the finer details.
It looks too painted, but I will fix that later.
The Tangent's came out in 1998 I believe, and have recently reappeared in a new mini series co-starring he JLA. Definitely worth picking up.
They are also doing a DC/Wildstorm crossover.
