Sorry Norris fans, Batman wins.
The two opponents face each other. Tense stares, sweat is detectable on their brows. Norris strikes first with a half moon kick to Batman's face. The Dark Knight ducks, but is hit with a glancing blow off his temple. The Caped Crusader staggers back.
Norris sensing an advantage moves forward unleashing a barrage of punches. Batman attempts to block them all but is caught in the jaw by a well timed elbow. Dizzy Batman falls back toward the ledge. He gathers his wits and balance as Norris moves in for the kill.
Norris looks at his bewildered opponent snears and launches a roundhouse kick to the head.
Images of his murdered parents flash through the Dark Knight's brain. He throws up his arm and catches the blur that is Norris' leg.
Norris' momentum throws him off balance, but he cannot fall down. The Dark Knight grimicing with blood trickling from his lips, smiles.
"Should have stuck with those commercials you did with Christy Brinkley, CHuck."
Using the martial arts master's leg as leverage, Batman pushes Norris back and onto the floor.
Norris quickly jumps up, and is pummled by a black gloved hand to the face. Nose broken Norris throws a weak punch which the Caped Crusader deflects and counters with a palm heel square to Norris's solar plexus. Norris crumples onto one knee and spits blood onto the floor.
Chuck looks up only to have his view obscured by an ever growing boot heel heading directly into his face.
Minutes pass. The Batman stares down at his fallen foe. His attention is diverted to the sky. There! Cutting through the fog choked Gotham sky, the signal. Bruised but given renewed energy by the city he has sworn to defend, The Batman runs to the roof's edge. He he releases his grappling hook and fires it toward a near by roof top. He never looks or listens to hear if the hook has taken hold. He doesn't have to, the city has told him it has. His city would never let him fall.

Very cool blow by blow action, but are you sure Chuck wouldn't beat Batman somehow?
