No but you can import them from other apps. Then you can render them. You can also give them a skeleton and animate them.

My problem is trying to get models without having to pay a bunch of money all the time. I've got a few free ones here and there.

Same here, finding new ones isn't easy. Worst case you have to build one from scratch.

Can I ask you something Carmic? How hard is it for you to change the colors on this pic?
The older model is what I had originally planned when Talon was going to be his girl and not his little sister but after Trickstyx's version I decided to change Talon's character a bit.
Therefore I was wondering if this could be made Gray with Black belt/boots/cape pretty much the opposite of Shadow Hawk's colors, and the name changed to Raptor???
If it's too much trouble then don't worry about it I just liked the older look of the model and was thinking it could still fit into the story.
I think that would be a cool updated version of the Girlfriend so she still fits into the bird theme.
Then it would be Shadow Hawk, Raptor, & Talon fighting off the badguys
