I'm a Star Trek fan since I was a kid. I used to love to do Captain Kirk impressions. My favorite Star Trek movies are
Star Trek 3 and 4. I hated to this day how they killed off Kirk on
Star Trek Generations . It was like they didn't even care they were killing off one of America's most iconic characters. If a major character dies he should die like Davy Crockett at the Alamo fighting an army not falling off a cliff. I wish that would get ret-conned.

History recorded Kirk's death as saving the ship and crew of the Enterpise B. But I still agree with you. My favorite file is ST 2. I was actually around to watch TOS when it original aired. At ten years old it was really something to see.

I like the second film too that's the one where Kirk says one of my favorite movie lines, "I don't believe in the no-win scenario."
