Ok Guy's here's some rough thoughs on our attempt to create a Villian worthy enough to defeat the combined force of the Superhuman Defence League.

So any thoughs or comments on what's good or bad? What needs adding or taking away? It's not set in stone.

Yeah, i think a bulletproof casing would be in order here. If you went the all brain mass route you must have the veins! EEEEWWWWWW!!!!!

Me likey.

Definitely needs veins, a bulletproof casing would come in handy. But the scrubs could potentially be bulletproof so that's why he wears them? Creepy looking villain to be sure

I had thought the scrubs would protect the rest of his body. But I also had a thought that he might be able to regenerate new brain cells over time.Just like the normal brain does. Not Wolverine quick, but enough to return for another evil plot.

Our villain kind of took a backburner. I know we used Blackhorn to bring together the SDL but I think this guy deserves another look. Maybe he could bring together the SDL's European division for a crossover storyline?

Great idea! This was before I joined, but I'd seen him on the cover to SDL #1 that Wayne did. Interestingly, his look has similarities to the Doc Savage: Master Mind cover I just posted.
