so he's sort of a sidekick wannabe? sort of reminds me of Incrediboy from the Incredibles movie, how he was always showing up trying to help but got in the way.
or is he like a legitimate sidekick? b/c you know Shadow Hawk's sister is his main sidekick and she calls herself Talon. He also allies himself with his girlfriend who is known as Raptor.
Oh btw, the city is Saint Katherine's Bay

Okey, first i thoutgh that he gonna be hes offical sidekick, like Batman & Robin. But you gave me a better idea, he can pop up when you dont know when. Like a Rick Roll, but more serious.

ya know I'm thinking he should be an acrobat and use a collapsible bo staff sort of like the Tim Drake Robin? That way he doesn't have the gadgetry that an official sidekick would have but he still has a way to help out in a fight
