You could also of added The Silver Streak from Dynamite Comics 'Superpowers' or Amalgam's Speed Demon aka Blaze Allen (comination of Ghostrider and the Flash)

True, I was going to put in The Whizzer a, Golden Age, Timely Comics (aka Marvel) character; but I decided to go with just DC.
