This is from series or recent Human Fly images I've made and will be posting. While working on the first one I came across some actual photos and couldn't believe it! The claim in the 70s was that he was a "real" stuntman, but I never saw anything about him as a kid. Turns out he was real. Thought I'd incorporate them into a nice montage.

That's interesting. I hadn't really heard anything about this guy till now although I do remember seeing the comic. I'm not sure but as a kid it might have been possible I got this character confused with the one Spider-man fought.

Here's some info on both the villain and the hero
Human Fly
.

Did Evel Knievel ever have a comic?

When ever anyone mentions the Human Fly I always think of that French bloke who climbs skyscrapers. Although if Marvel did a comicbook about him them he must of been pretty big in his day.

Tim- You disappoint me! This short-lived series came out about 1977. Thought you'd have been all over it back then like I was. Evel never had an on-going comic series, but he did have a one-shot. I use the cover in a different image featuring both Evel and the Human Fly.....
