Deathlok is a cool character. I actually like the original story better though where he was in the apocalyptic future and all, but he's still a pretty cool character. A cyborg with guns, that's always cool!

And personally I think the 1974 Deathlok was the basis for Robocop and Terminator. Especially Terminator with that glowing red eye and metal on one side of the face.

You're probably right. He does look like Terminator in the face. I think everything copies something. There's nothing completely new.
