Yeah, Mirosoft paint. These figures are from The Batman cartoon series. I just color & draw in what I want. I don't have a great program like photoshop yet. But I will soon.

I figured some were manipulated shots from the actual cartoon, but is even this one is from a cartoon or do you have line-art character templates or something? Whatever the method, I like the outcome.

Thanks, On the site I got the pics from they usually have character bio figures. This was of batman..
