With obvious kudos to Tim...
A mysterious figure has entered the time-stream! Calling himself Time-Reaver, this individual appears to be a twisted version of Time-Rider. He even goes so far as to mock Time-Rider by way of mimicking his general appearance. The similarities extend beyond the physical as he also has the same time-altering powers. ATTA is baffled as while Time-Reaver apparently appeared out of nowhere, he has mentioned documented events from both the past and future. The fear is that he has been silently tweaking history for years while remaining invisible to any and all monitoring abilities of ATTA. Even now, while a known figure, ATTA can never maintain a lock on his activities once he passes the 3 year mark in either the past or future. What his final plans are remain the gravest of concerns.....
