In the year 2525, 21 year old Johnny Blade was a normal guy who loved to board, skate, surf and other sports of that sort. Until the day he was hit by an electrical, radioactive wave. This gave Johnny a tremendous amount of electrical power. He became the hero Lectric Skater. The cities proud billionaire & crime lord, Dr. Billion, wanted to employ the young hero but is rejected. So he creates his own electrical meta-human. Dark Thor is born. He believes that he is the reincarnation of Thor. And he plans to make all mortals bow before him. Is Lectric Skater a match for a man who is like a God?
