VH goes to another dimension but this one is different then all the others. This world looks like it had been hit by a nuclear war. He begins wandering through the streets of what was New York. He is soon attacked by vampires, too many to handle alone so he runs. He reaches a large city wall and the vampires run. He is then taken into the city to meet the Emperor. Its another Vampire Hunter, in this world humans & vampires are slaves to the Evil Vampire Hunter! Our hero explains where he came from and what he's gone through.The Evil VH studies the Space Rainbow and creates a device to travel from one dimension to another. Our hero must get that device and stop Evil VH from taking over every dimension in exsistence.
