Eagle Eye Defender Superhero Fan Art

Very rough start, but I had this idea I really want to pursue. Let me know if you all have a better name. The character is what I'm kind of excited about. Eagle Eye is an astronaut from a futuristic planet much like Earth. On his world the styles were adapted from our planet's time period between the 1930's and 1960's thanks to old TV and radio broadcasts they picked up from space. On his world everybody pretty much acts like an old TV show from the 1950's. They have flying cars that look like Time-Rider's 57 Chevy, old timey looking ray guns etc.

He's stranded on Earth after his rocketship crash lands. He finds that kind of like Superman he has incredible strength thanks to Earth's lighter gravity. He can glide but only when he jumps high using his powerful muscles, and then he glides using his retractable wings that are a part of his costume. He also has super speed and can see for great distances. He can't see through anything like Superman. He just has very powerful eyes. His senses are incredibly enhanced.

His personality is like that of a character from a old movie serial. He expects Earth to be like that as well, and has a hard time adapting to modern Earth's pessimism. He is familiar with old movies and TV shows, as the old Earth broadcasts were shown for entertainment on his world.

I was going to call him Blue Eagle to start with, but found out Marvel had a character by that name.
