Well mostly she will do the bidding of the officials at Area 51 fighting alongside the soldier she gave abilities to, Voltage, and the alien whose DNA she manipulated, Vortex. The three of them will basically be superheroes at the beck and call of the Government.
The convicted felon who gained powers, Shadow Ghost, runs off and joins the criminal group called the Conglomerate.
