As Cosmic was searching for General X, he recieves a transmission from space. The transmission says that Vladnos is coming to earth. If you remember Vladnos, He is the Ruler of the Desmodus race. This race of humanoid vampire bats travel from planet to planet, eating every living creature on that planet. Last time you saw them, they put Cosmic's people on the indangered species list. After Vladnos had be defeated by Cosmic, his race went into hidding... until now.
