Savage New Begingings #1 Superhero Fan Art

For years the world has been trying to create the perfect super soldier to serve them. The new United States President, President Al Berak, is no different. Upon being elected he hires Dr. Frank Stine and other scientists to begin creating Super Soldiers. All the Super Soldiers starting from the first to SS-949 all died after being created. Then, SS-950 was created, however it didn't have any super powers. Many of the other Super Soldiers after SS-950 have had Super Powers but none of them are capable of having more then 2 super powers. Until SS-1000, he was everything Dr. Stine wanted. Except for his physical apearence. They begin training him to be an assassin but he comes to realize what he is doing and refuses to be an assassin. The President comes and tells him that he was created to serve the United States and he will do exactlly as he is told. SS-1000 breaks the President's nose then begins his escape. President Berak calls him a Savage as he escapes. And now SS-1000 is on his own in the world.
