Luke Sinbad is a great undercover cop and has a wonderful wife & two children. One night assinment he and his partner were out on patrol. They spot a man selling guns to a handful of men. Luke and his partner call in back up and arrest them. During the arrest Luke accidentally killed Osaka Fang in selfdefense. Osaka is the son of Jet Fang, a Warlord Terrorist. Fang wants Luke Sinbad dead but before he has Luke killed he demands that his family be kidnapped and held in a prision. Luke's wife & two boys kidnapped. Luke comes home to find his family gone. Fang's men show up and beat him, then tell him what Fang has planned for his family. They light his house on fire and Luke was left for dead but was saved by General Tuck, head of a secret organization called R.E.A.P.E.R.S.

For some reason when I first saw the guy in the suit I thought of Sylvester Stallone. That's who he reminded me of.
