I'd like to see this teamup in a comic book. I'd like to know just what year does Star Wars take place in anyway. Just a long time ago is really cool, but just how long ago?

I love Star Wars but I think Family Guy summed it up best "A long time ago but somehow in the future..." at least I think that's what was said..not sure its an exact quote but you get the meaning.
I wonder how the Star Wars Saga would've turned out with Flash Gordon on the scene?

I bet Flash Gordon could go through a worm hole and wind up in Star Wars land somehow going back through time and millions of miles of galaxy.
Maybe Gordon would wind up creating an alternate time line in the Star Wars universe.
