thundercats_movie Superhero Fan Art

I was inspired by what hey have done in developing the characters for the 2011 CN series, so I thought the movie would be a pefect mesh of both the 80's & 2011 TC's. 1st, Lion-O is the youngest (besides the thunderkittens# but as lord of the Thundercats he is full of ambition, pride & is quite stubburn. I think Taylor Lautner can do that & pull off all the physicality the role would demand. Panthro is the eldest, a worrior, a mechanic & a big softy. At first I thought Terry Crews, M.Clarke Duncan, Wesley #the usual suspects), but off the look alone, I have to say Ving Rhames. I was never a fan of the "wise" Tygra of the 80's, but I like the sibling rivary between him & Lion-O in the 2011 series, with that in mind, who could give Taylor a run the whole film and be a smart ass about it? Chris Evans! I won't lie, when casting Cheetara, I was just looking for a physically fit fine-ass girl who has to look young enough for Lion-O, but old enough for Tygra. Estella Warren's got that.
