Is Maya 8 pretty easy to use? Looks like it would be pretty hard to create something like this in a 3d program. So far I've only used Poser and Bryce. It takes a lot of patience, for me anyway, to learn this stuff.

I've only just learned to use this program myself. Like any porgram, once you get used to the keys and "language" it gets easier.
