Awesome, you did a excellent job with that. He looks like the Batman Animated style. Now I'm picturing Batman vs Deadlaw. A couple of things I think I have settled on in his powers.
1. He can stop bullets in the air, and levitate objects.
2. One thing you didn't show but that's ok since it's your version is the belt containing all the bullets. I'm going to have him be able to take bullets float them in air and then shoot them at crooks without the necessity of a fire arm.
3.Super Strength - how strong I'm not quite sure yet.
4. Flight
5. 6th Sense like the kid on the movie he can see dead people.
6. Invisibility
