This one brings up a Photoshop question I have that some of you may be able to answer. First, notice the white pixels that outline the body. When selecting an image in order to separate it from its background is it generally better to:
1) have a clean edge using anti-alias but no feathering?
2) feathering the edges (and, if so, by how many pixels)?
3) or either way can work provided you do all the other layers the same way to avoid the problem with random pixels I had here?
Thanks in advance for any help.

On your pic here I would have used a smudge tool to blend the edges.
Say was this guy you used for nightwing fixing to jump into a swimming pool?

Thanks for the suggestion about smudging. I may try to repair this one in that way.
And yeah, he was diving. Both this and the original pic are on my blog, but here's the URL of the original, if you're interested. It was lucky that the goggles became the mask so easily.
