Richard Grey Jr., orphaned after the murder of his parents in while traveling in Mongolia, is raised by a race of super-intelligent condors (yes you read that right, this was the Golden Age) and then by a hermit who taught him to speak.

Grey tracked down his family's killers and gained his revenge. When he was brought to the United States he failed to save a US Senator from assassination. He assumed the Senator's identity and by devoted his life to seeking justice as a member of Congress and as the Black Condor!

Notes: Not thrilled with how this one turned out. My big problem were the "wings".which on the Golden Age Condor was more of a billowing cape thingy, rather than wings ike BC II.

Condor was a member of the FF along with Uncle Sam, Human Bomb, Phantom Lady, and the Ray. Basically, DC put all the Quality Comics characters into the FF at various points. Other members were both Firebrands, the Red Bee, Plastic Man, Manhunter, and I think The Clock.

I would love to try maniping (sic) Plas at some point, but I need to find the right model, or at least a head.

Nobody ever does Plastic Man, I used to love to watch the Plastic Man cartoon series.
