Scans show his body is surrounded by a micro-thin “force-field” of unknown origin. To date he appears to be totally immune to permanent physical harm. He has the ability to deflect energy attacks (at an amplified level) directly back to their source where it may or may not cause harm. The force-field and energy deflection combination make him a passive, yet effective hero. Apparently absent of fear from death or damage, Mr. Positive is able to maintain his positive demeanor and smile at all times. As a man of faith, his costume is adorned with a reference from ROMANS: Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. It is this line he tries to live his life by and challenge those who would harm the weaker of us.
His normal strength is that of a well-conditioned athlete. His age is undetermined, and clues lead to the possibility that he is well over 100 years old. With all his incredible defensive powers, he is still not invincible. While a powerhouse foe can knock him down, he will shortly be back on his feet with a grin on his face. His “ordinary” strength then is of little concern to bulkier opponents. With stronger foes it often becomes a bit of a stalemate; neither can hurt each other substantially. Eventually one or the other ends up leaving the situation. Non-meta powered opponents are susceptible to his advanced fighting skills and above average acrobatics.

Cool, I don't remember seeing a post before on this one. Is this a new one? Another Christian superhero is a great idea. He could teamup with Seven sometime. I like the top of his costume with the Bible verse posted on the cross. I think he might need a belt or something to break up the costume a bit though.

Tim- I'll look into your costume suggestion. Might also tweak the logo as it's supposed to represent both a cross and the positive (+) symbol.

Jerod, your description of Mr. Positive getting knocked down and getting back up again reminded me of a verse in Proverbs I used on one of my health articles .
