Notice Wonder Woman is wearing a dress instead of her usual bikini like costume. Sensation Comics ran for 109 issues between 1942 and 1952. For most of its run, the lead feature was Wonder Woman. Other series that appeared were the Black Pirate, the Gay Ghost, Mr. Terrific, Wildcat, Sargon the Sorcerer, Hal Mason, the Whip, the Atom, Little Boy Blue, Hop Harrigan, Romance, Inc., Lady Danger, Doctor Pat, and Astra.

The plane kept it's propellor until Wonder Woman #44. By issue 45 the plane had become a jet.

Wonder Woman #99,  which was Ross Andru and Mike Esposito’s second issue as the artists on the title debuted the new look for the invisible jet, the look the jet would have for years to come.

Later that issue, Wonder Woman would find her secret identity in that of a nurse named Diana Prince. She literally pays a woman off to take her identity.
