Superman can withstand the cold temperature in space and he can hold is breath for an incredably long time.
He doesn't have a heling factor as fast as Wolverine's persay, but he heals...I think it was like 10 times as faster as a human, and faster depending on how much yellow sunlight that he is directlying being basked in.

You know back in the 1970's before they revamped Superman he could fly out to just about any place in space as long as there wasn't a red sun nearby, and he didn't even need a oxyegen mask.
