The George Washington speech is supposedly real. After watching an old episode of One Step Beyond from like 1960 on George Washington which mentioned Washington had predicted the Civil War and World War 2 I went on the net and researched it.
A soldier that had served with Washington told an early newspaper the exact quotes I used for the story. That is till the very last paragraph I added about Time-Rider. It's all over the net just search for "George Washington Phrophecy or Phrophecies". You'll get varying opinions on what it means.
