Awesome! One question though and I don't know why it didn't hit me last issue but is the Dr. Martin in Iraq related to the Time-Rider John Martin? Or was that a coincidence?

And and a little off the subject my inlaws are Martins from Tennessee I wonder if they're related???

Hmm...here's the thing they could be related to your inlaws and Dr. Martin could be related to Time-Rider, but I can't tell you or it might possibly ruin the surprise if there was a surprise. Of course the surprise could be that their not related, but you got to keep reading to find out.

I did put a clue in there from the mouth of Dr. Martin, but that might have been to just throw off the readers.

Did you happen to notice the one clue I threw in there?

That's like the biggest thing I'm trying to lick in my writing and that's creating all these little bits and pieces that over time create this huge picture. I love mysteries. I love it even more when I watch a show and they trick me, as long as the outcome is logical, or could have been figured out by the clues presented during the course of the show.

I'll have to reread it I missed the clue. You know now I'm going to go back a reread the entire series looking for clues

Cool what was it? You can say it. I want to know for sure that you found it. Of course I will deny any knowledge of it's accuracy.

That his dad disappeared 10 years ago. But I don't remember you mentioning he had a kid so now I have to reread the series and see if it is mentioned anywhere else.

The clue is there, but I'm not sure you got it.

It's right there though in the same general area.

Hey as you are looking through the series you'll see how I experimented with my art process here and there. Let me know what you think of it on the last issue as compared to the rest. I hope I'm getting better. It's hard to be objective about my own work. It would be neat to see it from the perspective of someone else.

Well now that I've paid more attention it says Dr. Martin's father was a man of great faith and an archeological genius which rules out Time-Rider because he was a navy man not an archeologist. And it couldn't be John's brother because he died at Pearl Harbor. Yeah now I'm confused I'll definitely have to reread the entire series to figure this one out.

And of course with Davy Crockett showing up at the end telling him he has more faith than he realizes, just how does he know? Is there another Martin running around that I am missing? Man I have to pay better attention.

And as to the artwork I think it has gotten better. I really like the look of the new Time-Rider.

I want to read it but I'm so busy, I hardly have time to post anything this week.  I'll read it during Thanksgiving break

Cool, but it's not as much words as it is fight scenes this time around. Shouldn't take you too long.

Just got around to reading.  Very nice! Loved the appearence at the end.  One small thing I noticed, nd this is just nit picking, when Hyde fell from the sky his hair was down. Usually with long hair, it flows the opposite direction of the body's movement, i.e. if he's falling, it flows up, and if he's punched, it flows forward.  But this is prolly me since I'm picking when Ryan comes over to sketch :P.

Anyways nice! Can't wait till the next one.

Thanks, you are right. I tend to notice things like that after I've already posted it. Get better as you go I guess.
