being a huge Star Wars Fan and watching all the movies about a billion times I have to say Vader. Granted Darth Maul took on two jedi at once and even ended up killing one, poor Qui-gon, but in the end his double bladed lightsaber didn't stop him from getting cut in two. Vader on the other hand was never defeated by a jedi. He helped slaughter most of the jedi after order 66 was given and managed to finish off an older and perhaps a little senile Obi-Wan who consequently killed Maul previously. Luke didn't even defeat Vader physically. Anakin defeated Vader by becoming good again and taking down the Emperor who was by far the most powerful Sithlord. Maul couldn't have confronted the Emperor and lived. Sorry for the rant but I love Star Wars, I guess I'm just trying to say Vader Wins, Flawless Victory, Fatality __________________ "Beware villains for it is Midnight!"

Well since Anakin is Vader wouldn't his first big defeat at the hands of Obi Wan Kenobi count, or are you only counting when he has the Vader persona?

Sorry I was only thinking in absolutes. Of course now that I examine the situation more closely then I can see Anakin/Vader dying from his wounds if the Emperor/Sidious hadn't shown up to save him. So I guess he was beaten. I still think Vader would win though I mean he even defeated the other sithlord Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus. __________________ "Beware villains for it is Midnight!"
