Whenever the forces of evil threatened mankind, Earth's mightiest heroes the
Avengers were there to stop them -- until they made the ultimate sacrifice in
their final fight with the indestructible robot, Ultron. But all was not lost
for Tony Stark (Iron Man) kept the children of the Avengers safe and raised them
to become the teenage heroes of tomorrow. Now James (Son of Captain America and
Black Widow), Torunn (Daughter of Thor), Azari (Son of the Black Panther), and
Pym (Son of Wasp and Giant Man) must finish the fight their parents started.
Soon the arrow-slinging son of Hawkeye will join their ranks but it will take
more than five teens to destroy the machine that defeated their parents. If
these young heroes have any hope of winning they must find the missing Hulk and
come together as... the Next Avengers!"
Watched it last night. It was pretty good. The best part for me was the Hulk's appearance at the end. The only thing I couldn't figure out is why everyone looked so old. I understood it to be like 12 or 15 years later after the Avengers had died. Betty and Bruce looked like they were 80 years old. I would guess they should have looked around 50 or so.
Looks like it might make for a decent Saturday morning show. It was an interesting story. I always like those What If kind of scenarios anyway especially those apocalyptic type stories.

Sorry......
I can understand all the future and all, but kids? seroiulsly...(no offense to kids.)
And here they are going a on missions so dangerous, we wouldn't even survive...3 out of 5.
Though it is interesting finally having a little cartoon for kids, so they can pretend they can be a hero, very insipring .

most people think superhero stuff--all of it, i for kids, so I'm not going to be one of those guys and throw it away just cause it has kids as the main characters.
Now, that being said. Marvel has never done movie directed to a certain age group, but rather to ALL the fans. That's what makes them so good. I was skeptical at first before watching it but trust me, it's worth it to see. If you really don't think you'll like it, rent it, and find out.
I recently watched this video and thought they did a pretty good job with it.Even though these kids never knew their parents they did a pretty good job of continuing their fighting spirit and commitment to each other. I always enjoy story lines that show the fight against evil will be carried on by the next generation.
