Agent Smith is back. Due to a glitch in the Matrix, he was downloaded into the world's most powerful computer. He escaped the computer by taking control of it, killing a scientist, and plugging a loose cable into the scientist's corpse. This allowed him to morph into the scientist. He changed the scientist's body to match Smith's old one, and set off to create more Agent Smiths. After turning dozens of people into Smiths, he stole a rocket ship, modified it so it could travel to other galaxies, and blasted off in the rocket, bringing the other Smiths with him, to find more powerful beings to turn into Agent Smiths. Eventually, after traveling through many different galaxies, Smith found what appeared to be a space station roughly the size of the Moon. The Smiths boarded the space station, and found life forms in white armor. The Stormtroopers attacked them, but were slaughtered by the Smiths. Most of them were turned into Smiths, but a couple of them simply died. The original Agent Smith took off one of the deceased's helmets, and discovered that they were just regular humans with advanced weapons. Now with a small army of Smiths behind him, he moved on into another room. This room was huge, and at the far end of the room an old man sat on a chair. The old man said:
Emperor Palpatine: "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Emperor Palpatine of the Galactic Empire. I saw you destroy my guards. You are clearly very powerful, so instead of simply killing you, I will give you a chance to join me."
Agent Smith: "No. You will become an Agent like us."
Emperor Palpatine sighs.
Palpatine: "Fine. You leave me no choice."
Emperor Palpatine draws his lightsaber and lunges at the Agents. Many of the Agents were slaughtered, but eventually they managed to restrain Emperor Palpatine. The original Agent Smith walked up to Palpatine and shoved his open hand into Palpatine's chest. Palpatine was covered by a silver liquid, and then emerged from it as an Agent. Only he kept his cloak and lightsaber. The original Agent Smith could also sense a power greater than any human's flowing through this improved Agent Smith's blood. With this new Smith they had no trouble killing the Stormtroopers that waited on the way back to the ship area. They took one of the Galactic Empire battleships and blasted off to Earth. In the real world, Link discovered the new Smith on the computer. He muttered under his breath:
Link: "Oh crap..."
Link called Neo and Morpheus over to the computer. He told them about the new Smith.
Link: "Its power levels are off the damn level!"
Neo: "I'll go stop it."
Morpheus: "I'll help."
Neo: "No. It's to dangero-
Morpheus: "Don't give me that crap! I'm going with you and you won't try to stop me! That's an order!"
Neo: "Fine."
They plug themselves into the Matrix and arrive in New York, where they are immediately confronted by dozens of Smiths.
Agent Smith: "Well well well, Mr. Anderson."
Neo: "Smith."
Agent Smith: "We've got a new kind of Agent here with us."
Agent Palpatine walks out from behind the Smiths, armed with his red lightsaber.
Smith: "We'll let him deal with you. And by the way, he came with powers."
Palpatine uses the Force to push Neo against a wall. Neo gets back up and charges toward Palpatine. Morpheus takes out two machine guns from his coat and throws one to Neo. The other Smiths step backward to watch the battle. Palpatine swings his lightsaber at Neo, but Neo dodges and punches Palpatine against a wall. Morpheus runs up beside Neo and begins firing the gun at Palpatine. Palpatine stops the bullets with the Force and charges toward Neo and Morpheus, lightsaber extended.
Neo kicked and punched, but in the ehnd he was no match for Palppatine. Palpatine chopped Morpheus's head off and shoved the lightsaber into Neo's heart. Neo fell to the ground, dead. The Agents would then go on to rule da entire Matrix.
