If you had to choose a winner, who would it be!?  My vote is Hawkeye, because he's cooler.

Marvel characters are always fighting each other even more than DC. I think Marvel even started the whole super hero argument bit. I don't a Marvel character can come into contact with another hero without first having a fist fight. It's like in their super hero contract or something.

I've always been a Green Arrow fan going back to the early '60's. I like how they have developed the character over the years. Hawkeye always seemed Marvels' version of G.A. with more of an attitude. I would say that both are about dead even when it comes to the use of the bow. However, I think Hawkeye has the better eye/hand coordination which was demonstrated in the recent Ultimates 2 series where he used small fragments with deadly effect to subdue his captors. I think Hawkeye can use anything available as a weapon, whereas, I don't think G.A. can match that ability.

I thought it would be neat if Robin Hood himself was part of a superhero universe. So I've used the character in my Time-Rider storylines from time to time.

Well Green Arrow might or might not get his own flick called Super Max. This is what Wikipedia had to say...

"David Goyer and Justin Marks penned a script for a movie starring Green Arrow called Super Max. The reported storyline is that the hero (framed for a crime he didn't commit) must escape a high security prison filled with B and C list villains and rogue superheroes.[4] Current buzz indicates that Matt Damon is negotiating for the lead role[5] and that former Green Arrow writer and film director Kevin Smith may be set to direct."

It would be a cool movie to see.

I think the CW could do a pretty good job with a spin-off version of the Green arrow character from SMALLVILLE.

I'd watch it.
