i believe that if wolfie vsed darth maul than darth maul could take all the skin off buuuuttttt then wolfie would be all adamantium and he could just slice darth maul to pieces "go wolfie"

How did I miss this post before? Oh wait I just looked at the date it was two years before I joined the site that's why Oh well I really like this pic and would definitely like to see this fight! I think Wolverine should become a jedi and have his claws made out of the same stuff as lightsabers so he wouldn't need to carry another weapon and it would be like having six lightsaber blades at your beckon call. Anyone just my thoughts. Now I'm trying to figure out how Wolvie gets in the star wars universe Or maybe its just Darth Maul ends up in the Marvel Universe? I remember that pic it came from a Wizard right after Phantom menace came out. Those were the bone claw days. Can a lightsaber cut through adamantium, absolutely.Can Wolvies claws cut the man of steel not without outside influence like kryptonite or magic that would make big blue weak. And remember everyone that is DARTH MAUL fighting the ol canucklehead so Wolvie wins hands down, claws cut or not! __________________ Hindsight is always 20/20... FirefighterJ mentions Cortosis, which is an ionized metal that causes it to resist and even short out lightsabers. There is a process of weaving the metal to increase the resistance of armor to lightsabers. Beskar is the closest alloy in SWU to Adamantium, and Beskar cannot be cut by a lightsaber because of its density(Unlike Cortosis). However, Beskar could be folded multiple times to increase its strength and could be reforged. Neither of which can be done to the denser Adamantium. As for Wolverine cutting Superman. No. Wolverine can't normally cut thru Thing or Hulk without their help. What do I mean by their help? Hulk has impaled himself on Wolverine's claws. IE: Wolverine puts his claws towards Hulk's incoming fist and Hulk's own strength pushes the claws into his hand. Could Wolverine do that to Superman? Not likely. Why? Speaks for itself no?

i remember seeing that in an issue of wizard where they were talking about team ups or fights they would love to see. that issue came out during wolvies bone claw stage hence the rough looking claws. bone claws would not fair well against a saber but adamantium would slice maul in half quicker than obi wan did in the final duel! __________________ Hindsight is always 20/20...
