"Okay so who's this guy we have to beat up?" Cat asked perched next to Wolverine on a rooftop.
"Listen,Cat, it's crucial you don't tell Peter about this." Wolverine's voice was very serious and his brow was tense.
"Okay...Sure." Black Cat agreed.
"There's another symbiote carrier." Wolverine said.
"...WHAT?!" Cat jumped up.
"I don't know who he is, or where he is, but I can smell him. I've been tracking him for weeks." Wolverine replied.
Cat stared at Logan, stunned.
"Follow me." Wolverine ordered.
They jumped off of the roof, landed safely on the ground and walked into an ally.
They walked very slowly and carefully, the hair on the back of Wolverine's neck was standing up, Cat gripped her weapon tight, ready to strike at a moments notice.
Once they stepped around the side of the dumpster, Logan stopped and sniffed the air and stoof still for a moment.
"DUCK." Wolverine grabbed Cat quickly and shoved her onto the ground along with himself.
A 18 wheeler flew over them and hit the end of he ally hard it began to fall to the ground, Wolverine grabbed Cat by her pony tail and leapt into the air avoiding it.
"OW!" Cat yelped.
They turned to see only Luke Cage, or what might have been Luke Cage at one point.
A large, tall, cobalt blue creature stood, with dagger teeth that were jagged and randomly set into the jaw, it's tongue dangled from it's mouth in a careless fashion.
"What the fu--"
The creature shrieked and rampaged toward Cat.
"Oh crap." Cat said in the midst of fear.
"HELLO CATTT. YOU RREADY TO DIE?" The creature said with much difficulty pronouncing each word.
Logan froze, reliving the horror of becoming symbiote himself, remembering the hatred and blood lust that struck him.
Cat quickly took wolverine's hand and leapt out of the ally onto a roof nearby.
"What are you doing?!" Wolverine yelled regaining his senses.
"It was going to kill us!" She yelled back at him.
"We can't just run away!" Wolverine growled.
"I wasn't going to leave you there to die!" She cried.
"You weren't going to move, I could see it in your eyes!" She tensed up, trying hard not to have a breakdown.
"I'm going back to get rid of that thing." He snarled and jumped back into the ally.
Black Cat stood on the roof, trying to get herself composed, when she heared screaming and loud noises like someone getting slammed into a wall.
"Damn it!!!" She cussed and jumped back into the ally.
"Logan! Logan!" She called looking around, she didn't see any sight of him or the monster.
Luke Cage walk past on the other side of the street.
Cat immidiatly ran towards him.
"WHERE DID YOU TAKE HIM?" She screamed at Cage.
"What?" He said looking confused.
"AUGGH!!" Cat yelled and began to jump away but Luke grabbed her by her arm.
"What's going on?" He said in a serious voice.
"... The... The..." She studdered.
"Spit it out woman." Luke said.
"The symbiote is back..." She whimpered.
Luke smiled and laughed.
Cat looked at him confused for a moment.
"I KNOW."
Her arm began to turn blue, she could see the parasite spreading from his hand onto hers.
Cat began shrieking and people stared at her for a moment then noticed Luke- or what used to be Luke- smiling a jagged toothed smile.
People began to start screaming and running away.
They had been through this before.
God forbid, it happens again.
Cat began to lose conciousness, when a bright light flashed, everything went black after that.

Black Cat awoke with a terrible headache, on a metal table, in a silver room which made the headache worse. She sat up with her eyes closed when she heard a voice-
"Ma'am, please lay back down. You are not fully healed." The soothing monotone voice came into her ears like an angels, mainly because she was half expecting to hear Symbiote-Luke's voice.
"Where am I?" She said with her eyes still closed.
"Stark headquarters." It replied, very business-like.
"Who are you?" She asked
"Jarvis." It said.
"Oh." She sniffled a bit. "What happend?" She continued.
"I am not clear on the details, but it looks to me like this young man saved you."
Cat opened her eyes, and sat up, she looked her her left and saw Wolverine on a couch asleep.
"Oh." She said smiling a bit.
"Hey Jarvis I-- Oh you're up. Good." Tony Stark walked into the room.
"Well if it isn't Tony Stark the infamous ladies man himself" She laughed, mocking him.
"Yeah, yeah, very funny. You know I'm married now. You don't have to bring up my old days." He rolled his eyes.
"How's Pepper doing?" Cat said casually.
"Fat." He replied plainly.
"What a horrible thing to say, haha!" She laughed.
"She is pregnant." Jarvis informed Cat, as if to defend Tony.
"Ah, I see. Boy or girl?"
"Boy."
"What's his name?" Cat asked
"Tony Jr." Tony Stark said with very little charisma in his voice.
"How original." Cat chuckled.
"Pepper is not the most... imaginative woman." Tony laughed. "Anyway, wake up Logan. I have to brief both of you for your missions and the situation."
"I beg your pardon?" Cat said with a little sass in her voice.
"I have chosen you two to defeat the symbiotes." Tony said, picking up something that looked similiar to a shower nossle.
"SymbioteS?" Cat asked.
"Yep. Like I said, I have to brief you two on the situation. So wake Logan up. Oh- and tell him to shave for God's sake." Tony left the room.
Cat turned to Wolverine, who was laying on the couch limply in one of Tony's 'team' shirts and sweat pants.
It wasn't until that moment that Cat realized she hadn't looked at what she had on.
She looked down and noticed a large strip of gauze secured by medical tape going from high on her right shoulder down to her finger tips. She was wearing a tube top on top of the bandage with grey shorts.
She swept her legs off of the uncomfortable table and landed gently onto the floor.
She walked over to the couch and sat down infront of Logan, examining him to see if he was wounded until she rememberred that his healing is over 50% faster than a normal human beings'.
She poked him lightly on the shoulder hoping it would wake up him, ofcourse it didn't.
"May I be of assistance?" Jarvis asked.
"Uhm.. Sure." Cat agreed.
CRACK
Jarvis smacked Logan on the shoulder hard and Logan jumped up.
"What the hell?!" He groaned.
"I know you're bones are basically unbreakable because of the metal aloy." Jarvis replied.
Cat sat quietly as they fought.
Wolverine turned and looked at Cat, who was sitting on the floor. He looked at her for about 15 seconds trying to come up with something to say that didn't sound weird or inappropriote.
"You okay?" He finally asked.
"I think so. Are you?" She replied.
"Other than my shoulder, yeah, I'm peachy." He said laughing slightly at the end.
"Oh, Tony told me to tell you to shave." Cat giggled.
"Hell. No." He said semi-serious.
"You two will now be escorted to Mr.Stark's briefing room. Then to the dining hall. Then to pick two out of five hundred rooms to sleep in." Jarvis said.
"...He has five hundred rooms?!" Wolverine coughed.
