I've looked up copyrighting before and found out that you can by an official one online, can't remember the site though, but as long as you write copyright on your stuff then that particular picture or piece of literture is considered copyrighted in the fact that no one else can use it without your permission. Though that doesn't protect you against someone stealing your idea though. __________________

I researched it a long time ago and to the best of my knowledge anything you create is copyrighted. I don't know where you register copyrights. I guess I'm waiting till I start making money with my ideas to worry bout it too much.

The poor mans copyright is just to make a copy of your ideas and post it to yourself.(BUT DON'T OPEN IT) as long as it's got a date stamp which will confirm when it was created. Even post stuff here also I think will act as proof as everything has a date recorded when it was posted.
Thats all they needed in the Simpsons episode when they sued the creators of Itchy and Scratchy
