I have never hid the fact that I am a Legion of Superheroes mark.
I have many favorites that served in the legion, and many I really couldn't stand.  Here is a list of some of my favorites:

1.  Starboy-the later version with the cool black costume
2.  Dawnstar
3.  Mon-El
4.  Ferro lad-the original version
5.  Bouncing Boy
6.  Element Lad
7.  Timber Wolf
8.  Princess Projetra
9.  Brainiac 5
10. Matter Eater Lad

Some of the ones I felt were the also rans of the legion and had no real value, and probably should have been regulated to the Legion of Janitors are:

1.  Protty 1 & 2-lump of play dough, no value
2.  Duo Damsel
3.  Chemical Kid-substitute??....NOPE
4.  Sun Boy-super tans are us?????
5.  Giant Boy-can grow??...Apache Chief???

My favorite is Superboy. I'm a huge Superman fan.

Me too, Superman was my hero growing up, when I collected comics, I had so many issues of Action, Superman, the brave and the bold, anything he was in.

I also had quite a huge colection of the Mego action figures, I let my friends play along, but NO touching my superman figure!

I had a Superman, Batman, and Hulk action figure when I was way little. I used to play like Superman and the Hulk was duking it out.

I think the first time I saw Superman was the first season of the Super Friends, and the first time I started reading comics was some Superman and Walt Disney comics I found in my grandma's garbage can. I learned to read better from reading comics than I did in school.

The greatest in my humble opinion was Ultra Boy - the one power at a time thing made him a little more unique and believeable.

Dream Girl used to make the 14 year old flagpole raise..

I hated Karate Kid - what was the point?

I got several legion collectors items, Dog - the blue ribbon digest series, now very rare, where Colossal Boys Mama gets turned to Glass, and the legion of Super Villains.

cool beans JBA!
I used to collect all the legion issues that I could get my grubby lil' paws on, I don't care for the revamped legion so much, but after Ferro Lad died, you could almost feel the emotion in the pages.

I thought when Matter Eater Lad went crazy, it was handled well!

I would have to say Superboy, then Supergirl. I have a real fondness for Kryptonians. But after that I would have to say Mon-el. Daxamites always seem to give the Kryptonians  a good run for their money.
