while shoping for my new photoshop cs4 i knda found this site called photoshop.com it lets you edit pics, very basic stuff can't color or sketch...but the neat thing is you can add text and add word ballons to your already drawn pics! i know i know it isn't much... but somethings better than nothing!!! lololol!! check it out, i know it coulda came in handy for me when i didd't have comic life to add the word balloons and tittle to my comics!!!! plus it's free !!!!!
