it's called a matter of opinion floyd. I like the ultimate comics because of how they appeal to the current generation. I never said I liked them more than the original ones, but they are not bad. Besides, if they are going to do another origin, it would behoove them not to do the exact same one, would it not? Brand New Day is chock full of Modern pop culture references. Trust me it's plenty modern. Or at least just as modern as Ultimate I've found.
