Let us name out top 5 superhero animated features of all time.

1. Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker. (Uncut PG-13 version)

2. Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.

3. Batman: Under The Red Hood.

4. Next Avengers: Heroes of Tommorow.

5. Planet Hulk.

It's no seceret that I'm a HUGE superhero animation fan, and I thought it'd be cool to make a top 5 list in honor of these films. Usually feature length superhero animation is underated and over- shadowed by the big screen releases. But, anyways I am interested in what your top 5 are. And feel free to give the reason why they are in your top 5.

*Forgot to mention that Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths is tied at number 3 with Batman: Under The Red Hood.

1.

Order Batman Beyond - Return of the Joker (The Original Uncut Version)

Batman Beyond Return of the Joker was definitely a great one! I have to say that the whole Batman Beyond TV series was one of my favorites.

I was disappointed when nothing happened towards a live action movie for Batman Beyond. I wish they'd do something with Batman Beyond.

2.

Buy the Hulk Vs DVD

Hulk vs was really cool, and especially for me because I got to talk to the writer Chris Yost on a phone interview when they were promoting this DVD. Now he's working on the Avengers cartoon I believe. Interview article here

3.

Superman Doomsday

4.Batman: Under the Red Hood

I really dug this one too. It was a lot of fun especially with Supernatural's Jensen Ackles doing the voice of the Red Hood.

5.Superman/Batman: Public Enemies
Superman/Batman Public Enemies was a lot of fun just for all the superhero appearances and fights. Totally non-stop action!

Interesting interview. I have somewhat followed Chris ... but apparently not a close as I thought because I had no idea he was a writer for The Batman (and I own all the dvd sets for that show). But, he really is a great writer. Especially his work on Wolverine and The X-Men. It's a shame that series was short lived. I've read that he had great plans for season 2.

Not necessarily in that order either.

Between that list, mine, and Tim's. (Consisting of mainly DC features) it just goes to show the quality of DC animation compared to Marvel's. I really wish Lionsgate would've stuck with that Marvel animated features deal. I think with time Chris and Craig would have created some projects at least equal to what DC puts out. What do you think?

I have leaned toward DC's animated features more I guess. I enjoyed the first Ultimate Avengers a lot from Marvel, but the second one didn't seem quite as exciting as the first.

That reminds me! I actually enjoyed Hulk Vs. about as much as Planet Hulk! (tied for 5th). But what's wierd is ... I've only seen Ultimate Avengers once or twice. I remember the plot involving Black Panther, and the fact that Hulk wasn't in it that much. But other than that it kinda slips my memory.
