I just heard about Ernest Borgnine dying on the radio not only did I watch Airwolf back in the 80s, but I grew up on Mchale's Navy re-runs. When you watch an actor so long over the years you get to feel like you know them. Very sad to hear he's passed.

He certainly had a long career.
Airwolf was cool at the time.
Borgnine also voiced Mermaid-Man on Sponge Bob.
