Read Time-Rider #3 and let me know what you all think about the story and art.

Is it improving from the last 2?

What do you think about the story itself?  I'm sort of dragging it out I guess, kind of like ABC's Lost but since it's a totally free comic book and doesn't cost you 3 bucks like most comics I figure what the hey.

That being said I'm trying to get through the origin as quickly as I can to establish a firm foundation for the character.

i'm confused about what time period he's ultimately in. other than that the issue flowed a lot more smoothly than others and time rider looks a lot better, with a lot less choppiness in the overall graphics.  those future bad guys looked awesome, almost like they were drawn, jill could use a little work though.

I know it's kind of hard to keep track of where he's at. That's one of my worries is that I might not convey his whereabouts and so forth to the reader effeciently.

First thing is since Issue 1 he's been in a war torn version of 1971. Every book so far has been his own recap of what led up to his being stuck there.

Book three of his recap has him in 1960 with Jill, and then of course in the far out distant future thousands of years. I never actually put down what year it was.

So what was the biggest problem with Jill? Just that she needs to look more drawn, or were her movements kind of stiff?

Thanks for the comment on the bad guys.

The next issue will feature a rooftop battle in the classic comic book superhero tradition.

nice!  pretty soon, poser'll have rain as a feature too! and jill's arms just looked a bit choppy or out of shape at some times, and her nose was a little jagged in a couple of pics too.  and again, whatever you did with the bad guys, repeat it, lots.

ok, I'll try to do it again. What I did was set it to toon render. I keep trying it on Time-Rider but it doesn't look right. His hair ends up looking like Moe and his costume goes completely black.

I shall keep trying though. I might have to change the hair style a little bit to make it look right. Maybe more of a Elvis/Superman look. Crap, I sound like a hairdresser!

I wish I had an artist to do all the drawing for me and then I'd just write the stories. I'd be able to work on some other character at the same time then.
