According to the comicscontinuum.com there will be no Batman or Bruce Wayne appearance on Smallville. They said they've tried and tried but since Batman is a big movie property the big wigs won't let them show him. Dumb real dumb if you ask me. It's not like the Smallville guys are going to ruin Batman or something.
