spidey's got powers and branes though so his strength would give him oppurtunity to jump around. close quarters though may show batman victorious. __________________ "You...complete me."

I would give Batman the advantage in planning and resources, but sheer power goes to Spidey. How about some more Spider-Man & Batman pics

I would agree with superdude. If Spidey stayed out of Batman's reach he's quick enough to dodge Batmans arsenal of gadgets and weapons. But if Spidey ever got in close, he's pretty much had it.

I don't Spiderman can lift a car. That's enough power to rip off Batman's arms.

Spiderman, unlike Superman, isnt't invulnerable. Batman seems to know every martial arts move there is to know.He knows every weak point in the human body and how to use that knowledge to his advantage.Batman has gone up against some high powered villians in the past and managed to bring them down. But you're right, Spidey would need just one good grab to rip Batman's head off.

See, I think Batman is much smarter in the realm of hand to hand combat than Spider-man like you say, but Spidey's strength, speed, and not to mention Spidey sense would make it very difficult for an ordinary man to go straight hand to hand against. However with Batman's level of intellect it's possible Bats could use his surrounding to his advantage in a street fight not to mention his Bat gimmicks. Of course Bats don't play, he goes against Superman, he brings kryptonite, he goes against Spidey he's bound to have a plan too. What I'm not sure, I guess that would be up to the writer to come up with something.
