Since I am well under way on season 3, I guess I'll post these more than just once a week on occasion.

Chapter 12; Unseen

10 O'clock, a Jeweler locks up her shop and walks down the street. Unbeknownst to her, there was one more person left in the jewelry store. Out of nowhere, numerous little lights accumulate to form an outline of a person; a man wearing dark reflective clothes appears inside. He wears a long black coat, and a black hat from the old west.
Bandit: The Bandit strikes again.
As he utters the words, he cracks open the cases collecting all the jewels he can before the police respond to the alarm. A figure drops down in the back of the room; as the Bandit hears the sirens he reaches for his hand and is about to wisp away when he hears a voice behind him.
Ohm: You regular thieves are getting annoying, and I'm kind of tired tonight. Let's say we skip the fight and you go turn yourself in?
Bandit: "Regular" thief? You have no idea, my electric friend, what I am capable of.
Ohm: Right…and I suppose you also like to go skinny dipping on the weekends.
Bandit: If you believe you're so high and mighty, come and get me.
Ohm: The pleasure is mine.
As soon as Ohm says his last word he speeds to the Bandit in hopes of knocking him through the window. Unfortunately, the Bandit fades from sight just as Ohm closes in causing him to go crashing through the window onto the street.
Ohm: (Shaking his head) That didn't go as planned...
Ohm looks at the store and around the block, there's no sign of him. 'Damn' he mutters as he flies off. Another alarm sounds, Ohm lands, another jewelry store, with the Bandit inside. He turns around to face Ohm, smiles, and turns back. Ohm walks in and The Bandit turns around again.
Ohm: Ok, alright, you have some skill. You're still going to jail.
Bandit: Right…and I suppose you also like to go skinny dipping on the weekends.
Ohm: Ouch. (He says under his breath)
Ohm speeds towards him missing him as he fades away and reappears at the other side of the store. Ohm gets up and tries again, and again, and again. 'This is getting me no where.' Ohm thinks, 'He has got to have a weakness.'
Bandit: It's been fun Ohm, but I really must get going. Ta ta. (He disappears)
Ohm speeds around the entire store trying to find him with no luck. 'There has got to be a link between what he's stolen.' Ohm repeats to himself as he speeds back and forth between the two stores that were hit, 'If I find out what it is, then I can set a trap for him at the next location'. Looking through the inventory lists and what's left he realizes that there was only one type of rock stolen from each store, diamonds. Ohm, back at his hotel, changes back into Mike, and gets online. He relays the Jewelry shops' names, trying to think of what would be a third target store. While browsing, he notices an ad that Shinny's Jewelry has a new shipment of diamonds. Bingo. Mike suits back up and heads out.
As a guard opens the door to walk out of Shinny's, the Bandit, invisible, walks right in as if he was invited. Ohm, quietly as he can, sets off the silent alarm so the police will be ready when he catches him. The Bandit sighs...
Bandit: Please, you think someone like me couldn't hear you? Isn't 3 rounds enough? You're behind the left case, feel free to step out anytime.
Ohm: (Stepping out) Congratulations, you're about as sharp as a butter knife.
Bandit: And what is that supposed to mean?
Ohm crosses his arms and smiles causing the bandit to become nervous. He looks around, 'What did you do?' he asks repeatedly getting louder each time. He becomes too nervous and begins to turn invisible, 'Not this time.' Ohm mutters as energy bars shoot up from the ground forming a cage around the invisible bandit. 'BZZZAAAPPP!' he touches the side and falls to the ground unconscious, instantly turning visible. Next to him, lies a watch which is starts to smoke. 'So that's how you turned see-through.' Ohm thinks as the police cars screech in front and they break open the door.
Officer: Ohm, what happened? (Ohm lowers the energy bars)
Ohm: Here's your diamond thief, he used that watch over there to make himself invisible. The rest of the diamonds are probably back at his place.
Officer: His place? What's his name so we can find it?
Ohm: You know? I never asked; he simply calls himself "The Bandit".
Officer: The Bandit, that's the best he's got? Where do these wackos come from?
Ohm: Ha ha, beats me.
Ohm heads off back to his apartment changing out of his suit. He quickly heads for bed, because the faster he falls asleep, the faster tomorrow comes. Little does he know, tomorrow is going to hold a lot more than just one surprise.
