i just inherited the entire collection of spiderman comic books from the very first issue till about the issue from a week ago. its just stacks of comic books i believe the exact number is 19,777 spider man comic books and it is one of each every single issue with the exception of 3 of the same very first issues. i have no interest in keeping this many comic books because it is way too much, just wondering if anybody knew how much this would be worth. and i do hve 3 copies of first issue

Are you sure it's 19,777 single spider man issues. There'd just about have to be other comic titles in there to have that many comic books. You'd have to have a lot of copies.  http://milehighcomics.com/ is a good place to get an idea of how much comic books are worth.

yea my uncle collected them since he was a kid and bought first issue for like 8cents. and i think he was like 9 years old, he like 50ish now. anyway its every single spiderman comic book and every comic book dealing with spiderman as the main character. actually its not 19,777 i meant to tpe 19,977. yea serisoulsly its alot just ridiculous and i dont know what to do with them

you could go through a dealer and have a long, boring process or i'll buy them from you.  i'll give you $2,000 straight up.  sure you might be able to get more form a site but that would take forever and there'd be all these loops to jump through.  i'm serious.  $2,000, in your hand.  you'd make some money and would have a quick place to get rid of all that dead weight.

i saw ghost rider finally.  it was actually pretty good.  i'm a big nick cage fan so i loved it.  other people didn't like it much, they said some of the lines were cheesy but i thought it was entertaining and i liked the motorcycle action and overall mood of the film.

I've never understood exactly what merits the word cheesy anyway. I say if it's entertaining to watch that all that matters.

Spoiler for Wicker Man

I like Nicolas Cage too, but don't rent out the Wicker Man unless you like really bad endings. It keeps your interest up to the end, and just when you think the hero is going to prevail they slap you in a face with what I'm sure they thought would be a shocking ending but really makes no sense at all. I don't know about Hollywood writers sometimes. Don't they know that movies with bad endings never make any money. Nobody is going to buy a movie on dvd that has a bad ending for sure. Like why would I want to be depressed over and over again? So basically Cage gets killed and tortured at the end by a bunch of crazed witches. I could see if Cage's character were a bad guy maybe, but the whole time he's just trying to save his daughter who along with her mother burns him alive. Maybe the writer had a bad experience with child support, I don't know but this movie sucked.

yeah i hate cheap horror movies anymore, they're like perverted chic flics, noone knows they're there but they keep making them. too bad, i love cage's acting.  and i agree, too many people can't just sit back and enjoy a movie anymore, they have to have it exactly how they imagined or it's wrong.
i watched con air last night, haven't seen that one in a while but cage is great in it too.  it has one of the best endings ever in my humble opinion.

woe woe woe, you didn't seem to know much so i thought i'd just throw out a quick offer.  some people just don't know what they've got.
too bad yoiu don't have another relative who would appreciate the collection.  i mean, your uncle spent years collecting all those and taking care of them and your just selling them away to some random store.  but whatever, i suppose if you don't want them there's no point in keeping them around.  but still, maybe you keep them to pass on to your family's next generation, they'd be worth like twice as much by then.
