The cover just grabs you.

My detective skills tells me that the cop that was shot is none other then Deadlaw.

That would be really interesting, even if it isn't, it's good to put little clues like that in there for later use. It's what I do all the time in my story.

I can't say one way or the other, or it wouldn't be near as fun to read part 2.

You know I was watching Monk the other day, and I figured out who the killer was in like the very second the murder occurred by the masked gunman. All this writing makes me realize how a writer thinks. I like to be stumped up till the end. Doesn't usually happen. The week before though I was stumped for some reason, and my wife knew who the killer was by the middle of the show. It's fun to figure out who did it.

There's a show on Spike, Murder. that it's a reality show with rookie cops trying to figure out real crimes.
